Gelonghui on May 24 丨 Yunda (300772)(300772.SZ) announced that the company plans to transfer Jiuquan Dakai Energy Development Co., Ltd.(referred to as "Jiuquan Dakai") and Jiuquan Xinda Smart Energy (600869) Development Co., Ltd.(referred to as "Jiuquan Xinda") through public listing through Zhejiang Equity Exchange 100%pokerplaysequity. The company plans to use the asset evaluation price filed with state-owned assets to correspond to the equity value of Jiuquan Dakai (31pokerplays, 5.9818 million yuan) and Jiuquan Xinda's equity value (411.0171 million yuan) were used to determine the listing price, and matters related to this equity transfer were handled within the scope stipulated in the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of State-owned Assets Transactions of Enterprises.
