2cardpoker| Maiyue Technology enters an investment cooperation intention agreement

Maiyue Technology (02501) issued an announcement2cardpoker, the group, Contracting Party 1 and Contracting Party 2 entered into an investment cooperation intention agreement on May 22, 2024 to jointly invest, build and operate an artificial intelligence computing center industrial integration project in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China.

The project plan will be carried out in two phases. The first phase of construction will include a computing center, a smart computing center, a computing platform, etc.2cardpokerInfrastructure; the second phase will further expand the scale of computing power and build new related supporting facilities.

The agreement sets out the general terms of the project. The terms and conditions of the project have not yet been agreed by the parties. The project will be governed by a formal agreement signed by the contracting parties under the terms of the agreement, and relevant matters will be carried out in accordance with the agreed terms of the formal agreement.
