格隆汇4月12日丨茂业国际(00848celebritywheeloffortune.HK)公告celebritywheeloffortune，安永会计师事务所("安永")已连续担任核数师16年。安永将于公司2024年5月7日举行celebritywheeloffortune的应届股东周年大会结束时退任。董事会决议于安永在2024年股东周年大会结束时退任后，委聘罗兵咸永道会计师事务所("罗兵咸永道")为公司新任核数师。
