Gelonghui May 24| CITIC Securities issued an announcement sayingcrashbandicootnitrokart2, Yang Minghui applied to resign from his positions as general manager of CITIC Securities due to retirement at the age of age. During the vacancy period of general manager of CITIC Securities, Mr. Zhang Youjun, executive director and chairman, performed the duties of general manager of the company on his behalf.

Yang Minghui is 60 years old and joined CITIC Securities in 1995. He served as a member of CITIC Securitiescrashbandicootnitrokart2As early as 1999, he served as deputy general manager.
