Jiaxing Gas (09908) issued an announcementmegamillionsdrawingresultsOn May 23, 2024, the company (as supplier) and Jiaxing Pipeline Network Company (as buyer) entered into a natural gas supply framework agreement.

According to the Natural Gas Supply Framework Agreement, Jiaxing Pipeline Network Company and the company may from time to time enter into a final agreement for the company's supply of natural gas to Jiaxing Pipeline Network Company from May 23, 2024 to March 31, 2027, provided that the natural gas supply framework agreement is complied withmegamillionsdrawingresultsTerms and conditions. Year ended December 31, 2024 (Applicable to the period from May 23, 2024 to December 31, 2024), year ended December 31, 2025, year ended December 31, 2026 and year ended December 31, 2027 (Applicable to the period from January 1, 2027 to March 31, 2027), the total consideration payable by Jiaxing Pipeline Network Company to the company for purchasing natural gas under the Natural Gas Framework Supply Agreement is expected to not exceed RMB 40 million and RMB 2 respectivelymegamillionsdrawingresults.50 million yuan, RMB 2megamillionsdrawingresults.500 million yuan and RMB 65 million yuan.
