Gronghui May 22 丨 Greater Bay Area Fusion Force (01189.HK) announced that on March 6, 2024, it would file a complaint with the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (the "High Court") on matters related to the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (Cap. 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong)snowbros3In Company Winding Procedure No. 133 of 2024, a liquidation petition was filed against the company in respect of certain alleged debts due to Li Cheng (the "Petitioner"). The petition has been scheduled for hearing in the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at 9:30 am on May 22, 2024.

The petition was against the company's failure to pay a total amount of 75% for services provided by the petitioner to the companysnowbros3, HK$013 was claimed to be in arrears in total salary. The master's hearing in the High Court on 22 May 2024 was postponed to 12 June 2024.
