Gelonghui May 22 丨 Jinyong Investment (01328.HK) AnnouncementbooksonvideopokerOn May 22, 2024, Redwood, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, purchased a further 425,500 shares of Meitu through in-market transactions on the Stock Exchange for a total consideration of approximately HK$1.325 million (excluding transaction costs), equivalent to approximately HK$3.1129 per share of Meitu.

Taking into account the purchases, during the period from March 1, 2024 to May 22, 2024 (both days inclusive), Redwood purchased a total of 12booksonvideopoker, 580,500 Meitu shares, with a total consideration of approximately HK$35.031 million (excluding transaction costs), equivalent to approximately HK$2.7845 per Meitu share.
